No. As long as we have access to the vehicle and a reasonable amount of space to work, you don't need to be present. Many of our customers leave a key or access instructions and go about their day. We'll reach out when we're finished and walk you through the vehicle at a time that works for you.
We arrive with all of our products and equipment. We may need access to a standard outdoor water spigot and a standard electrical outlet depending on the service. Just let us know if that's a concern and we'll work it out in advance. A driveway is ideal, but a parking lot or office parking space works just as well. We are a mobile-only service and perform all work on-site at your location.
We monitor conditions closely and will reach out in advance if weather is going to be an issue. Interior-only services can typically proceed regardless of weather. For exterior services, rain and freezing temperatures affect the quality of the result — in those cases, we'll reschedule at no penalty to you.
It depends on the package and the condition of the vehicle. As a general guide: The Refresh runs 1.5–2.5 hours and The Full Clean runs 3–4 hours. We'll give you a more specific estimate when we confirm your appointment. We don't rush — if a job takes longer than expected, we finish it properly.
The ranges listed reflect standard pricing by vehicle size — sedans and coupes at the lower end, full-size SUVs and trucks at the higher end. In most cases, that's exactly what you'll pay. For vehicles in unusually poor condition or requiring significantly more labor, we'll let you know before we begin. No surprises after the fact.
Please remove personal belongings, valuables, and anything you'd want to keep out of the way. We'll handle trash disposal as part of the service.
Yes — please remove child safety seats before your appointment. Your children's safety is too important to us to risk improper reinstallation, so we leave that in your hands. If you set the seats aside, we're happy to give them a quick vacuum and wipe down as part of the service.
Yes — and in many ways better, because we work on one vehicle at a time with full attention rather than moving cars through a production line. We use professional-grade products and equipment, the same or better than what you'd find at a traditional detail shop. The difference is purely convenience: we come to your driveway or parking lot. There's no shop to drop your car at and no waiting room to sit in.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Life happens — we understand that. We'll work with you to find a time that works. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future booking priority.
Yes — sedans, coupes, SUVs, crossovers, minivans, and pickup trucks. For oversized vehicles, RVs, or specialty vehicles, reach out and we'll let you know what we can accommodate and at what price.
